Job Description
- Provide Voice support to IBM Internal End Users and External Users across North America, EMEA & AP.
- Handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues.
- Will be working in rotational shifts.
- This is not a BPO job.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems.
- Awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
