
Job Description
Candidates must perform non voice customer support for various BPO services across Accenture. Candidates will be responsible for understanding, debugging, resolving customer issues within SLA. As part of BPO services team, each member must communicate effectively with peers in understanding the application behavior and concerns.
Job Requirements
- Should have Typing speed(30 WFM).
- Good problem solving & prioritization skills.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates must have good command in English.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills.
