Job Description
Candidates must perform technical support for various software applications across Amazon. Candidates will be responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within agreed SLA. Candidates will be required to maintain good relationship with clients, vendors etc for ensuring timely and smooth customer support and identify business improvements.
Job Requirements
- Technical support and customer management skills.
- Knowledge of OOPS, C++, Java programming.
- Knowledge of the UNIX/Linux operating system, Perl, SQL.
- Strong analytic skills and ability to work in a team.
- Strong academic background and good attitude.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Candidates must have good command in English.
