Candidates must perform technical support for Artech applications across the globe. Candidates will be responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within stipulated time frame. Candidates will be required to maintain good relationship with clients, vendors etc for ensuring timely and smooth customer support and identify business improvements.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, LAN/WAN.
- Knowledge of networking concepts.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Clear, professional, and positive verbal communication
