Job Description
Candidates must perform customer support for insurance services across AXA. Candidates will be responsible for understanding, debugging, resolving customer issues within stipulated time frame. As part of BPO services team, each member must communicate effectively with peers in understanding the application behavior and concerns.

- Clear, professional, and positive verbal communication.
- No BE, B.Tech, MBA allowed.
