Job Description
Candidates must perform customer support for various BPO services across the company. Will be responsible for understanding, debugging, resolving customer issues within stipulated time frame. As part of BPO services team, each member must communicate effectively with peers in understanding the application behavior and concerns.
Candidates will be required to maintain good relationship with clients, vendors etc for ensuring timely and smooth customer service.
Job Requirements
- Under graduates - 6 months experience in international voice support.
- Graduates (Fresher & Experienced) with excellent spoken communication.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Strong academic background and good attitude.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Candidates must have good command in English.
