Job Description
- Understanding the Infrastructure Services Business (Knowledge of basic Networking and other technologies) and manage customer escalations and providing technical resolutions.
- Troubleshooting customer issues within SLA.
- Responsible in providing voice support to the clients and online technical resolution.
