Job Description
Candidates will be responsible for customer support for various software applications across the company. Providing Voice support to IBM Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP.
Job Requirements
- Handle inbound calls, emails, chats regarding technical issues for end users.
- Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.
- Under graduates should have 6 months experience.
- Strong academic background and good attitude.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Candidates must have good command in English.
