Job Description
Candidates must perform customer support for various BPO services across the company. Candidates will be providing an inbound customer response service via the telephone, e-mail, fax and the web. Candidates will be required to maintain good relationship with clients, vendors etc for ensuring timely and smooth customer service and identify business improvements.

- Customer service skills in a telemarketing/customer service environment preferred.
- Clear, professional, and positive verbal communication.
- Strong analytic skills and ability to work in a team.
- Strong academic background and good attitude.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
