Job Description
Provide customer support(non voice) to various various accounting and medical billing process. Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing customer issues, developing monitoring solutions etc.

- Possess the ability to work independently
- Clear, professional, and positive verbal communication
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Flexible to work in night shifts
