Job Description

Candidates must perform customer support for different applications across CTS. Candidates will be responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within stipulated time frame. Act as act as first level support for all incoming customer related issues. 

Job Requirements

1. Ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues
2. Good initiative, problem solving, priority setting, and collaboration skills.
3. Should have excellent communication skills
4. Possess the ability to work independently 
5. Clear, professional, and positive verbal communication 
6. Willing to work in night shifts
