Job Description
Candidates must perform production support or technical support for Customer Service/Sales Process across the company. Candidates will be responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within stipulated time frame. Candidates will be required to maintain good relationship with clients, vendors etc for ensuring timely and smooth customer support.
