Job Description
Provides administrative support for areas including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and inter-company transactions. Must be responsible for typing, filing, verifying records, data entry, generation invoices and purchase orders, opening mail, simple data entry, basic journal entries, balancing A/R or A/P records, process expense reports.
Job Requirements
- Good initiative, problem solving, priority setting, and collaboration skills
- Strong academic background and good attitude
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Be able to work with speed and accuracy and be able to multi-task
- Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE
- Able to handle unforeseen situations
- Willing to work in night shifts
