Job Description

Provide technical support to various process and optimization. Candidates must perform production support for various software applications across the company. Act as act as first level support for all incoming production software application issues. 

Job Requirements

1. Good knowledge in networking
2. Knowledge of Ex - Router,Switch & Hub,DNS Server,IP,MAC add etc
3. Good initiative, problem solving, priority setting, and collaboration skills
4. Clear, professional, and positive verbal communication 
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills
6. Willing to work in 24*7 shifts
7. CCNA would be a plus
