Candidates must perform customer support for Non-Voice or Semi-Voice Non-Technical Process. Candidates will be responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within SLA on finance or investment banking services.

1. Excellent knowledge of Finance & Accounts or Investment Banking.
2. Willing to work in night shifts
3. Good problem solving and prioritization skills
4. Possess the ability to work independently
