Perform customer support/email support and monitoring for web transaction processing across the company. Responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within stipulated time frame. 

Job Requirements

1. Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues
2. Should have excellent communication skills
3. Possess the ability to work independently 
4. Should have good customer handling skills
5. Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE 
6. Experience in customer support preferred
