Job Description

Provide hardware/software/network problem analysis and resolution via email/chat/ telephone/web. Perform monitoring & management of various IT infrastructure components for customers end users. Candidates will be responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within stipulated time frame.

Job Requirements

1. Knowledge of IT environment and technologies
2. Good initiative, problem solving, priority setting, and collaboration skills
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills
4. Should have good customer handling skills
5. Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE 
6. Willing to work in 24*7 shifts
7. CCNA/MCP/MSCA Preferred
8. Fundamental ITIL knowledge of V2 or V3 especially on Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and Change Management preferred
