Job Description

Candidates must provide technical customer support(voice) for various applications and processes across the company. Candidates will be responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within stipulated time frame. Act as act as first level support for all incoming customer issues.

3. Clear, professional, and positive verbal communication 
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
5. Should have good customer handling skills
6. Willing to work in night, rotational shifts
