Job Description

Candidates must perform L1 customer support and monitoring for various processes. Candidates will be responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within stipulated time frame. Act as act as first level support for all incoming production software application issues. 

Job Requirements

1. Experience in ATM industry OR Freshers with good communication skills
2. Ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues
3. Should have excellent communication skills
4. Willing to work in night shifts and 6 day working in a week
5. Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE
