1. Knowledge of finance and accounting will be a plus
2. Willing to work in night shifts
3. Ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues
4. Candidates must have good command in English
5. Possess the ability to work independently 
6. Clear, professional, and positive verbal communication 
7. Should have good customer handling skills
8. Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE
