Job Requirements

1. Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues
2. Should have excellent communication skills
3. Be able to work with speed and accuracy and be able to multi-task
4. Should have good customer handling skills
5. Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE 
6. Willing to work in global shifts
7. Experience in International Insurance, Financial Services, Health Care based processes will be a plus
