Perform monitoring and issue resolution of various transactions and processes. Responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within stipulated time frame.

1. Ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues
2. Self starter, ability to work under minimal supervision
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills
4. Be able to work with speed and accuracy and be able to multi-task
5. Should have good customer handling skills
6. Willing to work in 24*7 shifts
