Job Requirements
- Good typing skills and willing to work in night shifts
- Experience of 0-1 years in customer service preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues
- Clear, professional, and positive verbal communication
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Should have good customer handling skills
- Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE
