Job Description

Provide customer support(non techincal) to various process and optimization in Banking domain. Responsibilities includes US financial Statements BTR, PTR, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, P&L etc.

Job Requirements

1. Good initiative, problem solving, priority setting, and collaboration skills
2. Should have excellent communication skills
3. Possess the ability to work independently 
4. Should have good customer handling skills
5. Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE
6. Experience in banking domain processes is a plus
7. Experience in risk analysis is a plus
