Perform technical support(Voice) for various BPO processes across Wipro. Responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within stipulated time frame. Act as act as first level support for all incoming production software application issues.

1. Knowledge of software, hardware, networks, operating systems
2. Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues
3. Should have excellent communication skills
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
5. Should have good customer handling skills
