Job Title : Product Manager / Senior Product Manager
Experience : 3-8 years
Skills: "Product Manager", "Business Analyst"
Education: BTech, MBA
Location : Trivandrum, Kerala
The Product Manager is expected to:
1. Define the product roadmap
2. Deliver re-quirement and solution definition documents with
prioritized features and corresponding justification using
Fusion APM process
3. Work with various stakeholders including engineering, quality
assurance, marketing, tech pubs, central teams, sales consulting
and other product managers.
4. Work closely with internal field organization during pre and
post product launch
5. Product and Customer Advocate

1. Domain knowledge in Sales / Marketing/ Service CRM
processes
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to
present to varied audiences with authority.
3. Strong enterprise software background
4. Excellent teamwork skills
5. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without
formal authority
6. Strong applications experience in the area of CRM
7. Strong team/project management skills, good
collaboration capability across LOBs
8. Can do attitude with good record of supporting or
managing customer expectations related to product functionality
9. Highly self motivated, proactively and responsible
10. Good communication skills. Speak in English fluently
