Job Description
Candidates must perform customer support for various BPO services across HCL. Candidates will be responsible for understanding, debugging, resolving customer issues within stipulated time frame. Job includes configuration of customers equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router (Dialup/DSL customers only). Candidates will be required to maintain good relationship with clients, vendors etc for ensuring timely and smooth customer service and identify business improvements.
Job Requirements
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
- Strong analytic skills and ability to work in a team.
- Strong academic background and good attitude.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Candidates must have good command in English.
