The roles is customer support(technical) to various ANZ process and applications. Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing issues, developing monitoring solutions, performing software maintenance etc.

3. Excellent written and oral communication skills
4. Should have good customer handling skills
5. Able to handle unforeseen situations
6. Flexible to work in rotational shifts
