Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for providing hardware/software/network problem diagnosis and issue resolution via email/chat/ telephone/web. Also administer and provide user account provisioning & activities. 

Job Requirements

1. Basic knowledge of networking concepts
2. Good initiative, problem solving, priority setting, and collaboration skills
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills
4. CCNA/MCP/MSCA will be a plus
5. Be able to work with speed and accuracy and be able to multi-task
6. Willing to work in 24*7 shift
