Job Description

Provide technical support(voice support) to IBM internal and external end users through email/chat or calls. Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing production network issues.

Job Requirements

1. Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN
2. Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues
3. Should have excellent communication skills
4. Possess the ability to work independently 
5. Be able to work with speed and accuracy and be able to multi-task
6. Willing to work in 24*7 shifts
