Perform technical support for various software applications across the company. Responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within SLA. Act as act as first level support for all incoming production software application issues.

Job Requirements

1. Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues
2. Strong academic background and good attitude
3. Self starter, ability to work under minimal supervision
4. Should have excellent communication skills
5. Needs to have logical reasoning and analytical skills
6. Should have good customer handling skills
