Responsible for providing hardware/software/network problem diagnosis and issue resolution via email/chat/ telephone/web. Provide level 1 support and perform other activities. Provide IT infrastructure support to various process and optimization.

Job Requirements

1. Knowledge of networking concepts is a plus
2. Good problem solving and prioritization skills
3. Strong academic background and good attitude
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
5. Should have good customer handling skills
6. Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE 
7. CCNA/MCP/MSCA preferred
