Candidates must perform production support for various products across the company. Candidates will be responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within stipulated time frame. Act as act as first level support for all incoming production software application issues.

1. Strong analytic skills and ability to work in a team
2. Ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues
3. Candidates must have good command in English
4. Clear, professional, and positive verbal communication 
5. Be able to work with speed and accuracy and be able to multi-task
6. Should have good customer handling skills
