Job Description
Perform technical support for issues regarding Microsoft application and products. Responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within SLA. Routinely interact with Support Engineers and Tech Leads to provide action plans for the most difficult cases.
Job Requirements
- Experience in working with Enterprise Customers with business critical issues
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues
- Strong academic background and good attitude
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Possess the ability to work independently
- Superior analytical, critical thinking and decision-making skills
- MCSE or MCDBA or MCSD certification is needed
