Job Description
Candidates must perform customer support for various Cisco products. Also responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within stipulated time frame. As part of support team, each member must communicate effectively with peers in understanding the application behavior and concerns. Candidates will be required to maintain good relationship with clients, vendors etc for ensuring timely and smooth customer support and identify business improvements.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Voice Networking Call Manager, VOIP, Call Center, Application Networking, Security, Content and Data Networking Routing, Switching, Access etc.
- Knowledge of networking including routing, switching, and/or network security.
- Strong analytic skills and ability to work in a team.
- Strong academic background and good attitude.
- Should have excellent communication skills and good command in English.
