Job Description
Candidates must perform design, development and testing of software applications for various Syntel projects. Will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of the project requirements. As part of project team, each member must communicate effectively with peers in understanding the application behavior and concerns. Candidates will be required to maintain good relationship with clients, vendors etc for the successful project execution and identify business improvements.
Job Requirements
- Xth +2 / xth+3 years full time Diploma holders / B.A Fresher/ B .Com Fresher can apply.
- There should not be any current backlog.
- Only 2011, 2012 & 2013 .Pass outs are eligible to apply.
- Strong academic background and good attitude.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Candidates must have good command in English.
