Job Description
Defines and develops project requirements, functional specifications and detailed designs of application solutions for clients using appropriate development methodologies and industry standards.Acts as liaison between application architects and development teams to ensure that product development and implementation are coordinated. Identify, track, and communicate patterns in hot spot problem areas. Engage with Customer Support teams to create and optimize processes that will improve on the ability to resolve issues faster.
