Job Description
Candidates must perform customer support for various BPO services across the company. Candidates will be responsible for understanding, debugging, resolving customer issues within stipulated time frame. Includes configuration of Customers equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router (Dialup/DSL customers only).
