Job Description
Candidates must perform production support for various software applications across the company. Candidates will be responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within stipulated time frame. As part of support team, each member must communicate effectively with peers in understanding the application behavior and concerns. Candidates will be required to maintain good relationship with clients, vendors etc for ensuring timely and smooth customer support and identify business improvements.
Job Requirements
- Able to operate PC based programs in a Windows environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Strong analytic skills and ability to work in a team.
- Candidates must have good command in English.
