Job Description
Candidates must perform customer support for various BPO services across Infosys. Candidates will be responsible for understanding, debugging, resolving customer issues within stipulated time frame. Candidates will be required to maintain good relationship with clients, vendors etc for ensuring timely and smooth customer service and identify business improvements.
