Job Description
Candidates must perform technical support for international voice process across the company. Candidates will be responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within service level agreement time period and escalate issues as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong analytic skills and ability to work in a team.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- BE And Btech Graduate having less than 60 % can also apply.
- Polytechnic diploma (Freshers eligible,10+3 or HSC + 3) can apply.
