Candidates must perform production support for various software applications across Amazon. Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing production software issues, developing monitoring solutions, performing software maintenance and configuration, performing SQL queries, updating, tracking and resolving technical challenges.

1. Knowledge of C++, Java, Unix, Oracle, Perl, SQL
2. Strong analytic skills and ability to work in a team
3. Good problem solving and prioritization skills
4. Possess the ability to work independently

6. Should have good customer handling skills
