Candidates must perform technical support for various software applications across the company. Candidates will be responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within SLA. Act as act as first level support for all incoming production software application issues.

2. Strong analytic skills and ability to work in a team
3. Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues
4. Clear, professional, and positive verbal communication 
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills
