• Monitor calls and give feedback to the agents in MSC (IT Support desks) with the objective of improving their communication, Technical & process adherence skills on calls. 
• Develop and deliver training modules based on the improvement areas on the floor and hence improving the overall quality on the floor.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Technical, verbal & written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills & Analytical skills
