Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for providing hardware/software/network problem diagnosis and issue resolution via email/chat/ telephone/web. Also administer and provide user account provisioning & activities. Provide level 1 support and perform other activities based adhering on SOPs/work instructions.Provide IT infrastructure support to various process and optimization. 

Job Requirements

1. Basic knowledge of networking concepts
2. Fundamental ITIL knowledge of V2 or V3 will be a plus
3. Good initiative, problem solving, priority setting, and collaboration skills
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
5. CCNA/MCP/MSCA will be a plus
6. Be able to work with speed and accuracy and be able to multi-task
7. No current back logs and 60% aggregate throught out academics
8. Willing to work in 24*7 shift
