Job Description

Provide customer support(technical) for various software applications across Syntel. Candidates will be responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within SLA's. Must perform first level support(on call) for all application issues. 

Job Requirements

1. Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues
2. Strong academic background and good attitude
3. Should have excellent communication skills
4. Be able to work with speed and accuracy and be able to multi-task
5. Should have good customer handling skills
6. Any technical certification is a plus
7. Willing to work in 24*7
