Job Description
Candidates must perform development, production support for various software applications across CGI. Candidates will be responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within stipulated time frame. As part of support team, each member must communicate effectively with peers in understanding the application behavior and concerns. Candidates will be required to maintain good relationship with clients, vendors etc for ensuring timely and smooth customer support and identify business improvements.
Job Requirements
- Training or certification courses in any one of the following - Java / .Net / PLSQL / Mainframes / Testing.
- Strong analytic skills and ability to work in a team.
- 2012 batch BTech / BE / MCA (CS/IT/Electronics)
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Clear, professional, and positive verbal communication
