TCS walkin 2013 for freshers the post of Team Member in Banking process, Bangalore.
Job Description
Candidates must perform production support for various banking applications across TCS. Candidates will be responsible for debugging, resolving customer issues within stipulated time frame. As part of support team, each member must communicate effectively with peers in understanding the application behavior and concerns. Candidates will be required to maintain good relationship with clients, vendors etc for ensuring timely and smooth customer support and identify business improvements.
