Candidates must perform technical support by remotely accessing their Networks and troubleshooting the issues raised. Candidate will be a part of technical team that will be responsible for resolving trouble-tickets raised by users of the clients product/service through phone, email or remote access.

1. CCNA, CCXP is mandatory
2. Experience in voice based technical support
3. Good initiative, problem solving, priority setting, and collaboration skills
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
5. Should have good customer handling skills
